    SBI PO 2020-21 | SBI PO Eligibility Criteria

    Candidates are required to meet the following eligibility criteria for the post of SBI PO:

    Educational Qualification i) The candidate should have a graduation degree in any of the streams such as B.Com, BSc, BA, B.Tech. etc. from a recognised university by the Central or State Government of India.

    ii) Candidate should have a fair knowledge of Computer operation.

    Language Proficiency The candidate should be proficient in reading, writing or speaking the official language of his  State/UT.
    Nationality Candidates applying for SBI PO Exam should be one of the following:i) Citizen of India

    ii) A subject of Nepal or Bhutan

    iii) Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Burma, Vietnam or from East India countries of Kenya, Tanzania, Zaire, Uganda, Ethiopia, Zambia, Malawi with the intention of settling permanently in India.

    iv) Tibetan Refugee who came to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanent settlement.

    – Candidates belonging to categories ii, iii or iv must possess a certificate of eligibility issued by the Govt of India in their favour.

    Age Applicants should be more than 21 years old and less than 30 years old while applying for the exam. The age relaxation for different categories are as follows:i) SC/ST- 5 years

    ii) OBC Non-Creamy Layer- 3 years

    iii) Persons with Disabilities (PWD)- 10 years

    iv) Ex-Servicemen- 5 years

    v) Domicile of Jammu & Kashmir during the period of January 1, 1980 to December 31st, 1989

     

    SBI PO 2020-21 Exam Pattern

    The SBI PO 2020-21 Exam will be conducted in 3 phases. The written exam is – Prelims & Mains which are conducted online, followed by an interview round. The structure of exams is as follows:

    Phase-1: SBI PO Preliminary Examination

    This is an online exam where candidates have to solve the question paper in hour for 100 marks. The test comprises of 3 sections. The section-wise distribution of the marks is given below:

    Phase-2: SBI PO Mains Exam
